[WriteLog] QSO per Mult Metric

Does Writelog support/display QSOs per Multi ratio metric?

Having this metric, a strategy factor, so when one enters into a pileup on
a mult
and can get out in less than the amount of time the run stn
would take to make the number of Qs to build the score.
