[WriteLog] ARRL DX Band Changes

Hello,

If you're going to be operating in ARRL DX and you need to make more than 6 
band changes per hour, you can try this:

Right click in WriteLog's "Band Changes" window. In the menu that pops up, 
click on "Override module's Band Change Rules". Type in the number you want -- 
ie: 10, which the new rules allow -- I believe.
