[WriteLog] FKeys Utility

Scott, K9JY, pointed out to me that the "Enter" key in FKeys isn't working
property when  "Enter sends exch/QRZ" is checked (SmartEnterKey=1 in the
ini file). I'm working on this, but it's not an easy fix.
