[WriteLog] Problem loading 12.83

I downloaded 12.83 and it works find on the main shack computer.
I'm trying to load it on a computer we plan on using during a CQP expedition 
and get this error message:
The file 'azqpdllOut' because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 
WL12Full.cab.
The CQP computer is currently running 12.60 just fine.  Any suggestions?
