[WriteLog] WriteLog 12.88 Update

Hi Folks,

If you encounter an issue launching WriteLog after upgrading to version
12.88 then it is likely because your Windows installation is missing an
updated library.

To fix this, simply go to Microsoft's webpage and install their latest C++
redistributable kit:
https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe
