[WriteLog] Moving WL Setup to New Computer

I've transferred my Writelog.ini settings and a specific contest to a new
laptop computer, identical to the one from which it was transferred. I
imported the .ini file and opened the .wl contest file. WL comes up with
the default Windows style toolbars and only the default windows for log
entry and log.

Can I get the same Writelog windows setup on the laptop as on the old
computer without redoing it manually?
