[Yaesu] FT-1000D Intermod

Never mind. I spoke with a tech. rep. at Yaesu and she was clueless.
So I returned the FT-1000D to the dealer and got an ICOM-775DSP
instead! Full duty cycle 200W transmit and its fan is quiet (thank
god!) and the receiver is awsome. The NB actually works and doesn't
distort signals. And there are none of the audio intermod effects
clearly noticable on the FT-1000D. Why is Chip waiting 'till now to do
something? These problems were clearly addressed in the QST review
article years ago! Wish I had read it sooner.
