My FT-1000MP (S/N 5J020183 ) came back from a warranty factory update
last week. They have indeed "Performed Spurious and CW Modifications"
as printed on the invoice.
My unit is 12 months old and I don't know what serial-numbered units are
affected by the production cut-in revision.
