[Yaesu] low vol on headset

I have a FT-1000MP Mark V and have low volume on the headset ONLY, must
turn vol. up near max, if I put it on internal spearker I must turn vol.
back down to 10 o'clock pos. No problem with the same headset (Heil Pro
Set 5) on my FT-1000D. Any ideas? Bob W8GC
