[Yaesu] What is the latest EPROM in FT1000D ?

My radio ( s/n 0J090276 ) shows YAESU 6.00.  This is an old unit. Is this
version the latest EPROM for FT1kD's ?
I just read about a problem with the CAT system in FT1kDs, and wonder when the
problem was corrected and by which revision to the EPROM ?

Any info appreciated.
