[Yaesu] pl on the ft-100d

I just realized the ft-100d doesn't have all the PL tones, just the
"standard" ones.  I needed 8Z or 206.5 to get into a 440 repeater.  i
discovered the ft-100d doesn't have that tone. is there a way to get that
tone out of the ft-100d that i've missed??
