I've had difficulty getting E-mail answers from them too.
I contacted Richard Galvan (r.galvan@vxstdusa.com)
about parts availability for some older products and
technical support on a few newer items.  They never
seem to reply.  That's strange too, they are very
helpful when you call in on the phone.  Maybe technical
support Via E-mail is not their thing !
