[Yaesu] FT-901 versus FT-902

Hi,
Some lists says that FT-901 has better IP3 than FT-902, 
while the latter has improved the mixer using schottky diodes ringmixer. 
Has somebody else measured the IMD-performance? ARRL references shows only 
figures for FT-901. 
What could be done to improve the receiver?
