the significance of these settings and should I lower mine?"
I have a 1998 model FT-1000MP. The 6s and 7s in my menu 9-2 are what was
originally there when the radio was factory new. I have not changed them
because I assume that the factory knew what they were doing when they did
the original alignment of the radio.
