[Yaesu] Bulb replacement with LEDs, FT-5200

I have an FT-5200 dual band mobile unit here in the shack that has both
panel lamps burned out.  In the interest of longevity, I'd like to
replace them with LEDs.  Does anyone have any suggestions, part
numbers, etc.?
