[Yaesu] FT5100 LOW POWER OUT BOTH UHF AND VHF

Hello everyone.....hoping someone can shed light on a possible reason why my
radio puts out only

roughly 20watts in high power on both uhf and vhf???I am seeing only 3 watts
uhf low power and

5 watts vhf low power. Is there some common circuitry used by both sides to
create output levels

or do I have possible multiple issues??? Any help is appreciated.
