Comments:
Went out to lunch with the boys from work. I didn't leave the bar until
after
0130z (7.5 hours in the bar...long lunch). Finally got home in front of
the radio at 0230z with a blazing buzz. (Only one beer...and 16 shots of
Jack Daniels.)
Before I pulled the plug at 06z (midnight), I already had a nasty, nasty
hangover. I was dumb and set the alarm for 12z (6am). I awoke, stumbled
out of bed, decided that I could hardly stand up and had a killer headache.
Went back to bed, only to get up after 16z (10am). Caught the end of the EU
peak. Had fun. The socializing with the co-workers was worth it.
Then interruped by a bunch of phone calls Saturday night. My uncle-in-law
passed. A lot of Sunday was no contest time due to needing to buy a
suit and start travel arrangements.
Maybe next year. :-)
