MOANS and GROANS:
Flew back from the UK on Friday. Although very keen to do SOAB (U) again, too
little organisation and not enough antennas meant that I had to settle for a
SOSB entry. Although 10m was the obvious choice; for a number of reasons I
chose 15m. One thing for sure, the DVS-2 came out very handy as I was calling
CQ most of the times. I dont think propagation was that good.....(or perhaps
everyone was on 10m). Made about 1700 QSOs day 1 and 1250 day 2. Missed zone 34
(as SU9ZZ who I heard twice is in the skip distance) and zone 29...... where
were the VK6s? I hope to have time off and operate soab in the CW leg. Many
