Comments:
A bit operator limited this year. Only three full time operators and two part
time ones. The station was unmanned for long periods each night which brought
down our QSO and more importantly mult totals on the low bands. Our score is
down about 35% from last year.
To echo the other postings, 10 & 15M were as good as we have ever heard them
until dawn rolled around on Sunday morning then things got ugly. For some
reason we spent more time on Saturday morning on 15M working into Europe than
on 10M and only caught the tail end of the great opening. This explains our
higher QSO total on 15 than 10.
Many great stations and operators on the air for the contest, thanks to all.
Joe/NK7U says Hi to all that passed on their greetings during the contest. He
has moved back to Baker (actually moving in the Wednesday before the contest)
and is sketching out plans for an even bigger and better station.
Scott/K7ZO
