Comments:
Started the contest with 3/4 of the antennas I should have -- the high 40m yagi
hasn't yet been repaired from August's lightning hit, and my 80M array switchbox
wouldn't work, so I fed three of the dipoles through a stackmatch and hoped for
a broad pattern to the Southwest. Guess this proves that SS isn't really a
hardware contest, at least on my 2nd-tier level, because I finished with a
personal best QSO total despite the SID at around 1700 Sunday.
Had 152 second radio QSOs -- as someone already commented, it makes all the
difference to have something else to do while CQing on Sunday.
Anyway, a lot of fun -- and thanks for the Qs.
