Comments:
Numbers on 10m and 15m tell the story on conditions up here. Last year's LOW
POWER effort produced about 1,000 q's on those bands. What a difference one
year can make.
With 10m and 15m out the window, 20m became the displaced contester's band of
choice. Not able to escape into the wide open spaces of the higher bands, and
feeling claustrophobic from too much time on 20m, 40m was a nice change to end
the last four hours of contest. For the sake of fun and sanity, the decision to
go high power unlimited this year was a good one!
