Comments:

160: Inverted L on the rooftop (21m vertical + ~20m wire sloping back down)
80: same as 160, used with Titanex' matching unit
 40: 2-el Quad @ 24m
 20: 3-el Quad @ 24m + 3-el Quad @ 18m
 15: 3-el Quad @ 24m + 3-el Quad @ 18m
 10: 3-el Quad @ 24m

Operating from "home" has a very big advantage: you can leave your office Friday
evening, eat and play with your family, go to bed and catch a few hours of
sleep, get up one hour before the contest, take a long shower, drive 5 minutes
to the station, and simply switch on everything 15 minutes before the contest.

20 meters seems dead, so again this year the contest starts on 40 meters. With
five minutes to go I grab a frequency and make some warm-up QSOs. Signals are
weak, propagation seems bad although the charts show good A/K/R/SFI numbers. I
make some 10 QSOs in the first 10 minutes, but something is strange: I can't
really believe people like KT3Y, KC1XX etc. are only 559 on the meter... I
connect the antenna directly to the radio and, hey, 20-30 dB over 9.
Since SWR was good at transmitting, my best choice was the TX/RX relay in the
amplifier. It hang straight in the TX position and would not come back. I
replaced it, and the whole thing cost me 40 minutes in the first hour. But that
was the only action Mr. Murphy took this time, everything else worked fine.

A German Single OP never had more than 6M points before, so I am quite happy
with my score.
