THIS WAS AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I won for the US last year SOSB 40 with a score
of 307,000...with 99 mults....don't know what happened this year but
everything
seemed to click...no Murphy whatsoever...
Great thrill having S9SS, EL2DX, XV9AZ, V51AS. SV0XAI/9, A45WD, YC3XM, T88XZ,
6K2AVL, TK5MH, OY1CT, FO5RH, TF3GB, 9J2BO, Z24S, UN0L, EY8MM, FG5FR and a few
other mults call in. Condx from here were just about perfect for the whole
weekend..earlier reports of thunderstorms caused some concern but never did
happen.
Has been a not so pleasant month for all of us in FCG with the passing of our
buddy, Jim, K4OJ. I know he must have been in here pulling for each of those
multipliers....thanks!
