Comments:
Never heard Dare County but worked two stations in Cherokee County. Congrats to
mobile stations WJ9B, AA4S and NY4N for putting so many counties on the air. I
could hear stations on 40 mid-day here but very difficult to work anyone on that
band until mid afternoon. Not enough high band activity - 15 was open but not
much there. 10 opened nicely to the east coast just before sunset there but no
NC stations. Big snowstorm here - lots of snow static and power failures in the
late afternoon.
