Comments:
The high point for me was working VK2CZ at 2122Z on an otherwise "dead" 10
meters. That is surely a sign of a fine station on his end, the quirky nature
of 10 meters, or both, because he worked my LP signal on the first call, with no
repeats. Surely my 100 watt signal was pretty weak into his QTH, coming off
the rear of my 10 meter wire moxon fixed towards Europe!
The low point was the line of showers that had me pull the plug Saturday
evening
from fear of lightning. Just when Europe started to open up on 15 meters.
Thanks to all who dug me out of the local QRM.
73,
Kaz
