Comments:
I started on 20. I should have started on 15.
Went to 15 at 1615z and ran 71 QSOs then back to 20.
I check 10M several times but no propagation.
I began check 40 early, but QRN was bad.
QRN on 40/80/160. At SP sunrise, 80 signals
were up 20-30db, but no 160M signals. Worked SP on 80M until
0430z or 0445z then to 40.
When did 20M open for SP to USA ?
On Sunday, operated the last hour but 15 did not open before 1459z.
