Didn't hear much activity from the Bluegrass state. You need to consider
revising your rules to allow KY stations to count KY counties as mults. This
might encourage some in-state activity. Lots of CW activity for the FQP but
practically nil for the Bluegrass state..... 73 from a native of Central City,
