Comments:
Squeaked past my last year's score despite generally poor conditions. Sporadic
E on 6 was iffy (at least from the point of view of someone running 10 W to a
dipole !) and tropo on the higher bands was pretty much non-existent - pretty
much identical to January. So I was amazed to have NG4C (FM16) call me on 2m
where I was running 10 W to 6 el at 30 feet. There must have been some OK
troposcatter happening, at least to some locations.
