PC Pentium II & TR 6.79; no packet radio.
My visitor Boris, S57LO helped me to fix my windom antenna,
which tangled into tree branches, and we even suceed to raise
it some two meters higher than it has been before.
Unfortunatelly, due to some RF feedback on higher bands we could
operate 80m band only. In spite of that, we even had some decent
runs, until we noticed smoke from TS-430S' final stage and switched
the station off. Too pitty, for CONDX on 80 seemed great indeed.
It is kind of irony - after I finally (five years after I moved to
new location) put up piece of wire to be QRV on bands, I lost my
station. Just hope transceiver will be repaired at soon.
