I operated this contest in memory of a dear friend, Ben, N8TPV, who became a
Silent Key very recently.
Lots of noise on the low bands but still was able to maintain good rates. N3BB
moved me to ten meters for my only QSO on that band. He was 599+ when I worked
him but never heard another signal on 10. Ended up working him on all bands.
Had requests for about a dozen QSY's of which half of them actually worked out.
Hey, I tried.
After a somewhat slow start, I had a pretty good finish.
Equipment: Ten Tec Jupiter with N1MM software
Antenna: G5RV @ 45'
