WRTC stations seemed well matched. It was easy to spot the competitors by
signal strength and code speed. Obviously a bunch of great operators.
Every 80M QSO I made was a gift. My 80M antenna had blown down and I ran out
of time trying to put up a new one so I loaded my 160M inverted L and it
performed poorly.
Hats off to the TCG for W1AW/4, and to the Mad River and North Coast guys for
NU1AW/8. Another bunch of great ops.
