Wow. This was a slog. The band was very tough here in Washington -- at least
on my dipoles. There was a nice window into California on Saturday evening,
but the band never really opened up on Sunday. I could work most of the
stations I heard, but many of my QSOs were with stations within 20 miles of me.
I had to work my tail off to get 89 QSOs. At best, I was working 16/hour. At
worst, 2/hour. I've seen others posting QRP results at 50+/hour. I have no
idea how they do that. I need to get some of whatever they've got. Maybe it's
just location?
