Comments:
I got on late Sunday afternoon to pass out a few qsos to the deserving in New
England. Found very little activity, but then found out the K index was at four
or above, so I'll cut the NE guys some slack.
Now if we could only persuade the guys in NE to join us in our qso parties out
here. In the Michigan party two weeks ago I missed VT and ME completely, and
missed CT, RI, and MA on SSB :>(
