Comments:
Much more confusion tonight: all announcements for Friday said 0230 to 03Z, but
most activity started at 02Z. Doesn't matter, it was good practice for all.
Next year we'll do a better job of setting up the practices for SS, as a joint
venture of NCCC, PVRC, and the Thursday night gang.
