Comments:
Late start, and under the WX for most of the weekend.
Missed four sections: NE, EWA, NL, NWT. Ok for NWT. Semi-OK for NL. But NE
and EWA??
20 and 40 are the usual workhorse bands. Not this time. Odd to see over twice
the Qs on 80. 80m was in the best shape I've heard in a long time. Virtually
no noise, and even a simple vee at 50 feet was enough to go running.
There must be a record number of QRPers on this weekend, unless I worked all of
them. Some with very potent signals--a back door indication of band
conditions.
A lot of FB ops, who had the patience to keep trying to dig out exchanges.
Bravo Zulu to all!
73,
Dan, k7ia
