Comments:
Thanks to Dave for taking a chance and driving up the hill (285 highway of
death) to help operate our second multi-single effort. He started out strong on
20 meters while I ate the big sandwiches he brought up. He kept a great rate up
until I took over the late shift. 80 meters was exceptional, so we did not do
as much 40 meters. I heard and worked many of the GMCC'ers. We missed our goal
of 200K, but still had a lot of fun. As a multi-single station, We did use the
RBN skimmer telnet feed, but experienced unreliable connectivity all day
Sunday. Although we operated the contest in the old shack/trailer, the toilet
in the new shack was completed and operational so I guess we were living in
luxury.
