How about that propagation? Mid day looked like everything had died and back to
the zero sunspot days but late afternoon each day it all came back with plenty
of great openings. 15 meters to EU was great as always from VK3 and stayed
open almost until midnight. 10 was dead except for one requested QSY to 10 for
a Moscow station that surprisingly worked! (Apparently 10 meters was open at
times but no stations were calling). 40 meters was a dream with low noise, no
Chinese radar and lots of good multipliers pounding in. 80 was rough but still
possible to work a few EU's. 20 was the dream band though with almost all-night
pipeline propagation to EU and really fun long path openings each morning to NA
and Caribbean. Lots of great surprise callsigns in there all weekend.
Thanks to all who endured the pileups. I enjoyed every QSO and every QTC!
