Comments:
Got a call from my daughter Saturday afternoon that she was on the way to the
hospital with labor pains. She is a five-hour drive away So I had to cut my
participation short and my wife and I drove down to look after her 5-year old
son and to let her husband be with her. It turns out that she delivered within
40 minutes after reaching the hospital.
15M was hopping Saturday morning and I had a continuous run going for over
three hours. Friday evening was so-so.
As I get older I seem to have more difficulty "relearning" how all this QTC
works in N1MM. But it did all come back (mostly) to me after the first few
QTCs were handled.
I had fun while I was in the contest. I wish I could have participated longer
but family does take precedence!
