Comments:
Slept through the early session.
At 1900z I started on 20m, like everyone else. Went S&P, as my attempts to run
fell flat. OK stateside signals, but no DX for me other than F5IN.
After 20 minutes I tried 40m and found only a couple of stations. Again, tried
to start a run with no luck.
Back to 20m for more S&P. Slow going.
At 40 minutes after I went back to 40m to find that everyone else had made the
change earlier and the band was now crowded. After a few S&P, I finally got a
run going and ran 14 stations in the last ten minutes.
This was a lot more fun than watching it snow and a pretty good score for me.
Memorable QSO - OK1DIG was banging in here on 40m and the only other DX I heard
during the hour.
