When the Aurora is 6 average for the whole contest,life can be very tough at 64
north. This strong, the otherwise beautiful Aurora literally sucks your signals
dry. Much like a vacuum cleaner. 20 on 20, means only 20 hours could be put to
use on the band, the other 28 hours the band was dead to the US.
And even during those 20 hours on the band, it was tough sledding. Averaging
just 62 Qs an hour, tells the whole story....Great fun though..... CU in the
SSB part, as TF3W....
