TS-2000, 100W, loop @40' fixed NE/SW

Contrary to reports from other parts of the USA, it definitely wasn't the best
of times down here. There was enough going on to keep me interested, though.
First day was very slow but I did put several Caribbean and Central American
stations in the log. Second day was a lot better for stateside, with
semi-persistent openings centered on MN/WI and AZ/NM. Other areas only had
"spotlight" type openings that one had to catch quickly before they were gone.

Short skip was seriously lacking. Last year in this event I worked 44
EM## grids. This year: just four, all via groundwave/backscatter.  73,
