Comments:
Bands were in okay shape, but C-class flaring definitely moderated conditions.
Ran low power and wished I hadn't, as the bands didn't want to carry 100w very
far (I could hear all the DX on 40M but could not get their attention).
New personal best for low power, with more Qs but fewer mults than the previous
best low-power attempt in 2011.
