Comments:
Two weeks ago in the CQWW, 10 was wide open to Japan. This weekend a much
different story. All QSOs, with just a few exceptions, were worked beaming skew
path to the south pacific.
Had to call most everyone quite a few times to get heard. Yet at the same time
JA stations were working far east coast USA easily. A mystery !
Started LOW POWER, but after about an hour, changed to HIGH POWER (400w).
Im sure many of the 17 Qs would not have been possible at the 100w level.
Already looking forward to NEXT YEAR JIDX with hopes of nice long runs, to say
hello to good friends in Japan on 10 meters.
