Comments:
In my opinion this great contest needs a HP class. For right long-distance QSOs
under changeable 10m propagations are 100 W to less. Approximately 10-15% of
callers I could not read because they were to weak. Don't worry, 10m is wide
enough to avoid QRM. Don't ferget, 10m propagations are going worse next years
again.
