A personal best for me in this contest. Sometimes I surprise myself. This was
definitely one of those times. After what seemed like a slow start, I was off
to the races until I had to QRT shortly before 0200z.
I understand missing Nebraska, but *LOUISIANA*????
It didn't seem that there was much activity outside of USA/Canada.
