It was the worst of Es (SAT)...it was the best of Es (SUN). Not 1 single Es qso
on first day but 6M Es opened to mostly FL and other W4s from 8AM, Sunday, til
my QRT-time at supper about 5PM.
Only made 3 qsos West of the Miss. River. Only 20 qsos (all on scatter) in
entire W8-W9-W0 areas during the weekend.
All other qsos were Es from W4-W5 land (SUN only) and local tropo in W1-W2
areas. Grand total of only 5 qsos in all of Canada and 9 in entire State of
Maine--not exactly "a beehive of 6M activity" around these parts!
