Comments:
Bambi rides the air-ways again! Its been a while since we got the Bambi"
team together. We had one new member, kb1yrs, Bruce's first RTTY contest. I
think we have him hooked, he wants to get his home station hooked up for rtty
contesting now!
We used a K3 and an IC-756P2 for radios. The antennas are all wire dipoles
in the trees. Writelog software did the logging duties. No problems, except
sometimes I could not type, so please excuse the mistakes, especially on 15mtr
at the start! (That was N1MGO) We missed ND and VT, usually we are in VT, but
not this time, Hope we will be there in July.
Thanks to all that worked us, and the contest sponsors and organizers.
Special thanks to KB1JXJ for providing the food!
Gordon, Charlie, Ray, Bruce, collectively known as "Bambi" for the
contest.
