Friday night it was rainy and windy, so no balloon. Saturday night was calm and
dry so I launched it; I noticed the difference. Of course, the difference might
just as well have been due to propagation.
I was dismayed that I couldn't work 4V1TL, even tho the signal was booming in.
I have 132 countries on 160 (100W), but no Haiti.
