Comments:
Wasn't that something?
This weekend showed what's possible when the meteor scatter community rallies
around one program/standard...wow! Big jump in Ms/digital QSOs vs. last year.
WSJT-X/MSK144 sure is proving to be a vast improvement to WSJT/FSK144. The auto
sequencing in WSJT-X definitely seems to make the digital modes more accessible
to the casual op.
No substantial enhancement noticed here. Seemed like things were a little
boosted to the NW and to the S here but not by massive amounts. May have had
either a 5 minute Es opening to W1 or some really really good short-lived
scatter. Was fun to surprise K2LIM when calling in on 6m SSB. :)
No real lulls in activity noted here, despite NAQP and AFC/NFC title
games...although I'm sure it helped that the NFL games were both ugly :)
Best Dx: (Dead bands?)
6m was W9RM at ~1080 miles
2m was ND0B at ~670 miles
432 was K8CC at ~225 miles
See you in the Spring Sprints!
