Comments:

I got to test my new M2 40 as well as the new JK 15. Even got to swing the new
M2 7 element 10 for what that was worth. They played great! Standard summer
South Texas noise made copy rough most of the contest but conditions were
trying hard to be better. The station played perfectly and even had my first
attempt at 2 keyboard SO2R. It makes a lot of sense and I occasionally got the
timing right. It will be nice when I get a few more 2 keyboard contests under
my belt and tweak the function key file a tiny bit. Many thanks to KL9A and
N2IC for pointing me in the right direction on this topic.

Next radio action is IARU where I'll be renting a house near the WRTC2018 site
and setting up a Spiderbeam and dipole like the competitors will have. I'm
taking a pair of K3s, a 40/80 duplexer, a 20-10 triplexer and KK1L switch as my
SO2R setup. I sure hope the plane has room for me! It looks like that will be
my personal "WRTC Olympics". ;-)

Thanks for all the Qs and sorry I could not pull some of you through the noise
down here.

73,

Bob K5WA
